Climate control for wine
Whisper style
Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art cooling technology, we can—without any exaggeration—describe Forvino wine climate cabinets as whisper-quiet. The Château built-in series produces only 35 dB(A) of noise. The Domaine and Enoteca series produce no more than 36 dB(A). This makes Forvino one of the quietest brands on the market.
Front ventilation
Thanks to the built-in front ventilation system*, our built-in wine climate cabinets can be installed in any type of cabinetry—whether in a tall cabinet, under a countertop, or in a niche on the end of a kitchen island or wall. No ventilation grilles are required at the top or bottom. This ventilation system ensures perfect, independent heat dissipation from the wine climate cabinet. To ensure proper ventilation, there must be at least 5 mm of clearance above and below the door, and the door must be installed flush with the cabinet front. A 4 mm clearance on the left and right sides of the door is sufficient.
*The bottle drawer ventilates through the rear of the cabinet.
Opal white lighting
The interior of the wine climate cabinets is illuminated by two even strips of white light installed in the side walls. These ensure an even distribution of light. The interior lighting and display can be dimmed to three different levels and turned on or off. You can also choose to have the interior lighting turn on only when the door is opened. Thanks to LED technology, the lighting consumes very little power and does not generate heat. You can therefore safely leave it on. Additionally, white opal light is not harmful to your wines. If you have wines in the wine cabinet that still need to age for several years, it is better to turn the lighting off.
Sapeli mahogany runners
Forvino wine climate cabinets feature luxurious mahogany bottle shelves with holders on the front for the included wine labels, on which you can use a chalk pen to indicate which type of wine is stored in which spot. Instead of this standard version, the wooden racks can optionally be fitted with a colored inlay. The slightly darker shade of the wood gives your wine cabinet a rich and rustic look.
Telescoping shelves
The telescopic, fully extendable shelves make it easy to access the bottles at the back as well. The shelves are removable, allowing you to clean the interior of the wine cabinet and access the carbon filter, which is located in the back panel.
Black self-closing hinges
Forvino wine climate cabinets are equipped with heavy-duty, self-closing hinges with built-in dampers. A unique feature is that these hinges are finished in matte black*.
*The Enoteca series features metal-colored hinges.
Inverter compressor technology
Forvino wine climate cabinets are equipped with inverter compressors. These operate at a continuously variable speed, making them quieter, more energy-efficient, and less prone to vibration than conventional compressors, and they also have a longer service life. Better for you, the environment, and the preservation of your wines.
