Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product without giving any reason.

2. Extended Return Period

We offer you a total return period of 30 days, giving you extra time to assess whether the product meets your expectations. This period is in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Return shipping

Due to the delicate and fragile nature of our products, all returns are handled through Forvino’s logistics. After reporting your return, you have 14 days to have the product picked up by Forvino.

To do so, please contact us at +31-35-5336578 or send an email with a copy of your proof of purchase to info@forvino.nl.

We will then schedule an appointment for the return pickup of the product.

3a. Conditions for returns

The product must be unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. Because these are delicate and installed products such as wine cabinets, a product cannot be returned after it has been put into use or installed, unless the product does not meet expectations.

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned.

If the product shows signs of use, installation, missing parts, or damage, costs may be charged for this, equal to the repair or replacement costs of the product in question.

4. Return Costs

The cost of returning a product is €100, including VAT, regardless of the Forvino model.

5. Refund

We will credit the full purchase amount, including any delivery costs charged by us, within 14 days.

We may delay the refund until we have received the product or you have demonstrated that you had the product picked up by Forvino, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.

The refund is always free of charge for you.
