The device isn't working
The appliance is not connected to a power source. Check the power cord and outlet, then reconnect the wine cabinet.

The device isn't cooling properly

| The ambient temperature may require a different temperature setting. | Set a different temperature |
| The door has been opened too often. | Close the door properly. |

| The condenser is too dirty. | Clean the condenser if necessary. |
| The ventilation opening is blocked or too dusty. | Remove any obstructions and clean out the dust. |
The device keeps turning on and off

| The ambient temperature is higher than average. | Move the unit to a cooler location. |
| The wine climate cabinet has just been restocked with new bottles of wine. | Let the unit run for a while until it reaches the set temperature. |
| The door is opening too often. | Do not open the door more often than necessary. |
| The door does not close completely. | Close the door properly. |
| The door’s rubber seal is not closing properly. | Check the rubber seal and clean or replace it. |
The light won't turn on

| The device is not connected to a power source. | Plug the appliance in. |

| The user instructions for the touch-sensitive controls have not been followed. | Check the settings. |
| A circuit breaker or fuse has tripped on the circuit in the utility room where the wine cabinet is connected. The indicator light on the control panel is set to fade out. | Replace the circuit breaker/fuse in the meter box. Turn the light back on. |

The device seems to be making too much noise

| Temperature fluctuations can cause the interior walls to expand and contract, resulting in creaking and squeaking noises. | At the end of each cooling cycle, gurgling noises may sometimes be heard due to the flow of refrigerant in the wine climate cabinet; this is normal and not harmful. |
| The unit is not properly leveled. | Level the appliance using the adjustable feet. |
The door doesn't close properly
