The Importance of the Right Temperature for Wine
Serving wine at the right temperature is essential to fully bring out the flavor, aroma, and texture of each type of wine. White Wine
Light and Fresh: White wines such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio are best served at a temperature between 7°C and 10°C. These cool temperatures highlight their lively acidity and fruity aromas. Richer and More Complex: Full-bodied white wines such as Chardonnay or Viognier are best served at slightly higher temperatures, between 10°C and 13°C. Rosé Wine

Light and Fruity: For lighter red wines such as Pinot Noir or Gamay, a serving temperature between 12°C and 16°C is ideal.
Medium to Full-Bodied: Richer red wines such as Merlot, Syrah, or Cabernet Sauvignon are best served between 15°C and 18°C.
Heavy and Full-Bodied: For full-bodied red wines such as Barolo or Malbec, a slightly warmer serving temperature of 18°C to 20°C is appropriate.
Sparkling Wine
Sparkling wines such as Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco are traditionally served chilled at temperatures between 6°C and 10°C. This coolness preserves the refreshing bubbles and ensures a lively experience.
